Attach real data to a conversation and SNcode reasons over it — generating transformation scripts you review before running against your instance.

Supported files

  • CSV — tabular exports, import sets, reconciliation data
  • Excel (.xlsx) — spreadsheets and multi-sheet workbooks
  • PDF — specs, mappings, and reference documents
  • Up to 512 MB per file

How it works

Attach a file to your message and describe what you want. The AI reads the structure of your data — columns, sheets, records — and proposes a transformation or import script. Because SNcode is review-first, that script lands in the sandbox for you to inspect before it runs.

Where files live and what's sent

Attached files are stored locally on your device. When you send a message that includes file content, the excerpts you include travel directly from your Mac to the Anthropic Claude API to generate a response — they are not routed through or stored on SNcode's servers.

Mind sensitive data

Avoid attaching credentials, personally identifiable information, or confidential business data unless you're comfortable with those excerpts appearing in an AI request. Strip or redact what the model doesn't need.
